Fitness Points

Fitness Points are a key component of the NuChallenge. That’s how you’re going to make sure you’re getting enough exercise throughout the course of the program. Taking the supplements and staying aware of calories helps us lose the weight, but earning Fitness Points is what helps keep those unwanted pounds off. As a Gold Challenger, your goal is to get 2 Fitness Points each day. The amazing thing is that you may already be doing some of these things, like cleaning the house or mowing the lawn, and now they give you Fitness Points! Take a look at the chart below to see how many points you get for various activities. Two a day is all you need, however, the more points you accumulate, the quicker you’ll shed those pounds!

DO NOT use your Fitness Points as an excuse to skip your shake or go overboard on your sensible meal! If you find that your Fitness Points make you too hungry to avoid eating more than you’ve planned, just subtract an additional 200 from your Daily Calorie Goal and skip the Fitness Points.
